At Linasbeaut, every wig is made with love, care, and the promise of quality. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned — and we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Time Frame: A complaint must be made within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Product Condition: The wig must be unused and untampered with — lace not cut, hair not brushed, combed, washed, or altered in any way.
  3. Caption Accuracy: Exchanges will not be accepted for complaints about details already stated in the product caption (e.g., “lightweight,” “scanty,” “full,” “200g,” etc.). Please ensure to read all captions carefully before placing your order.
  4. Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us. Once received and inspected, if the item is confirmed to be in its original condition, we’ll process your exchange. If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be required to cover the price difference and the new delivery fee.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, kindly reach out to us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (the same platform you used to place your order). Please note: complaints sent through Instagram comments or stories will not be attended to.

Delivery After Exchange

Delivery for exchanged items follows the same estimated delivery timeline as new orders.
